A two-day AGEE project meeting was held in Paris on 23-24 March 2026, bringing together country teams, consortium partners, and colleagues from UNESCO and UCL. The meeting provided an opportunity to review overall project progress, share updates from across the partnership, and reflect on achievements and challenges as the project enters its final year. Participants also considered how learning generated through the project can contribute to wider discussions on gender equality, education, and data use at local, national, and global levels.

The meeting included plenary discussions, country presentations, thematic sessions, and internal planning meetings. Time was dedicated to reviewing project activities, strengthening collaboration across partners, and considering priorities for the remainder of the project period. Discussions also focused on future planning, coordination, and ways to maximise the sustainability and impact of the project’s work. The meeting concluded with agreement on key next steps and a shared commitment to continuing collaborative engagement throughout Year 3.
